Managing Systems for Mobile Robots Based on Computer Vision |
The state of the art in the field of computers and information technologies allows accomplishing the most difficult and desperate tasks. One of such tasks is the construction of mobile robots. The subject of our research is management systems for mobile robots and methods of image processing for these systems. The purpose of the research is to develop methodology of construction of generic management systems to control mobile robots’ movement that use methods and algorithms of image processing as well as to model and research the developed algorithms. We have carried out the analysis of the object domain and it has shown that in order to develop a generic management systems to control mobile robots’ movement based on the methodology of image processing we need to solve the following tasks:
To construct the models of our robots we use Lego Mindstorm. It allows us to test the results of our development in practice making a short cut.
